How do I begin?
It all begins by reaching out. Contact me through email or a quick free phone call to start the process:
Step 1
Call or email me. We connect, answer questions, & see if we’re a good match.
Step 2
Fill out paperwork that tells me a little about yourself. I’ll also share information about what you can expect from me.
Step 3
We schedule a time to meet online or in-person.
What if we’re not a good fit?
I’ll refer you to therapists that may better align with your interests or needs. This referral process may happen during our initial conversation (step #1) or anytime during the first two or three sessions that we meet. I want to support you in finding and creating the best possible therapeutic alliance.
Do you take insurance?
Currently, I don’t take insurance. I am able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
What are your fees?
I see individuals and teens for $130 and people in relationships for $150. My sessions are 50 minutes long. I have a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Please let me know if you are would like to learn more about this option.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that my clients cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance via text, email, or voicemail. If we are able to reschedule the appointment during the same week within 12 hours of cancellation, then I will not charge for the cancelled session. Otherwise, clients will be charged the full fee for the missed session.
Do you see children or teens?
I am able to see teens, ages 13 and older. Unfortunately, I am not able to see younger children at this time.
