Chronic Pain Support Group: Live + Online
Healing in Community
“Sometimes, carrying on, just carrying on, is the superhuman achievement.”
You don’t have to carry on alone. Join my live, online chronic pain support group. I experience persistent pain, and I specialize in helping others who live with it, too.
Not sure if this is the right fit yet? Email or call me first — I'm happy to answer any questions before you decide.
My approach is backed by years of supporting people with chronic conditions, including co-facilitating Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley’s ARISE Program for Persistent Pain and Dizziness alongside a renowned pain expert. I blend the latest pain research with mind-body practices and trauma-wise methods for compassionate, effective care.
Chronic Pain Support Group: Live + Online
Join a supportive community where your chronic pain is seen, heard, and believed. You're never required to share more than what feels right for you. Some weeks that might mean talking through what's going on; other weeks it might mean simply being present. Sessions begin with brief mind-body practices before moving into open group discussion. Gain practical support, swap strategies, or just feel less alone when flare-ups are happening. Self-care is encouraged while you’re online.
