I do my best to help children feel happier and to help them process what’s causing their distress - whether that's anxiety, big emotions, school stress, social difficulties, or adjusting to a family change like a new sibling or a loss.
Your relationship with your children is vital to their well-being. While my primary work will be with your child, I’ll also strive to create a strong, collaborative relationship with you. You’re not alone in the hard work of parenting, just like your child is not alone in their struggles. Together, we can build a container of care for your children that supports their journey and well-being.
I use validated, research-based approaches such as play therapy and sand tray therapy, offered from a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming lens.
