fostering growth in children & adolescents
Children & Adolescents
I do my best to help children and teens feel happier and to help them express what’s causing their distress.
Your relationship with your children is vital to their well-being. While my primary work will be with your child, I’ll also strive to create a strong, collaborative relationship with you. You’re not alone in the hard work of parenting, just like your child is not alone in their struggles. Together, we can generate a container of care for your children that supports their journey and well-being.
Dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy, and expressive therapy are a few of the validated, research-based approaches that I use in my work with children and teens.
I see teens at Mosaic Counseling and I see children under the age of 10 at Wonderment Family Therapy at 3179 Independence Dr, Livermore, CA, 94551.
Teens: $145 per 50 minute session at Mosaic Counseling
Children 10 and under: $175 per 45 minute session at Wonderment Family Therapy
I offer trauma-sensitive, neuroaffirming somatic and holistic therapy that pulls from a variety of therapeutic methods. I have a strong background in somatics, mindfulness, and pain science, which I frequently blend with different approaches like parts work, attachment theory, and neuroscience.
